Creation Kit ESM Loading Isues

So I just wanted to post this since I figured out the fix but couldn't find my issue anywhere online.

 

Apparently I could only load Skyrim.ESM and Update.ESM (but I didn't realize this was the issue I was having).

 

Anyway, I just wanted to post this solution somewhere because I couldn't find it and wanted to help anyone else (if anyone is still even coding for Skyrim, lol).

 

If you have purchased Skyrim and have it installed in your computer, it'll be in your steam directory. Mine is here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim

 

Open SkyrimEditor.ini

 

Ctrl + F (Search) for "sResourceArchiveList2"

 

It should look like this:

SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa, HearthFires.bsa

 

Mine only had up to Update.bsa, even though I have all the DLC and downloaded everything from Steam, so I'm unsure why this wasn't included.
