Anyone know whats up hello, Melissa, could you post which error (e.g. if you get a "LastException.txt" report) so we may look at it? thanks.
melissaking Posted November 27, 2017 Author Posted November 27, 2017 not sure how to do that, but ill type out the whole error. Unable to start: cant run sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the specifications and that the latest video drives are installed. doan77 Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 what is your video card ? and read this: https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/graphics-cardintel-chip-dual-systems/ you can still try to reinstall your video card drivers.
Simite Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Have you recently updated your video-card dirvers? Maybe they auto-update? It's possible that a new driver has a compatibility problem, you can either use an old driver or wait for a new patch for the driver your using. This might not be your problem but it's worth considering.
