Best mods for a radically different skyrim

Hello everyone, I'm sure i'm not the only one to reach this point with skyrim but I feel like I've done/seen everything. But I still love the game and would like to come back to it. 
So my question is this, which mods would you recommend for such a radically different skyrim both in playstyle and look? 
The closest I can think of is Tropical skyrim, which I'll likely try. But if anyone can think of other mods like this (anywhere) that would break the familiarity of skyrim i'd be very appreciative!

also what is usually your playstyle? you go for a overpowered dragonborn ou the underpowered poor slave girl? try to switch thing up

on the adult mods have you tried playing as a slave? or even better, a slaver? i made my first male character and having your slave harem is quite fun
