Racemenu sculpt import/ export crash

Anytime I try to import or export a a file in sculpt mode in racemenu, it will immediately crash. I already have the precache killer dll installed. It's annoying because i'm trying to make my vampire character's face go back to normal but this I can't user this and all the other normal fixes dont work for me because apparently its not the vanilla nord race so if i use them, the eyes and face get all screwed up. If anyone has any advice I'd be grateful.
