If you're referring to me. I use the CBBE 3BA body and Bodyslide on Nexus. I assume that's the only diffrence as I don't have anything else changed or modified in any other way. If the belly gets to big, then it gets pointy and loses it's roundness. But it has to get quite large for that to start happening.
