oldrayzor Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 Here is the problem: Â Â TesV5 confirms Serana is 20 weight. Bijin has a neck patch which sets the setnpcweight to 80 which causes the head to be invisible. I've also tried it through the console without the patch which also causes head to vanish. Disable and enable return her to this state. Is it my imagination or does the head shape appear to be other than Bijin?
bandygirl1 Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 OK.  So, when you installed the mod, what did you set the weight to on the FOMOD install ( there is a 20 and an 80 option )?  Assuming you set it to 20, try the console; open console, click Serana type setnpcweight 20, hit enter type disable, hit enter type enable, hit enter close console   ( Yes, yes I know you stated you've used the console commands, but I'm checking to see if they were done in this order ).  It looks like version 1.8. The neck gap patch is for version 1.1, so it's useless to you. Also try disabling the Texture Update for All Versions, as it was released nearly half a year before version 1.8 came out. There is a Hi res skin texture for version 1.8 if you want it.  Lastly, are you using this on a save where you'd already met Serana? If so, try using an earlier save where you hadn't, and use the player.placeatme 02002b6c command to spawn a copy of her at your location and check her. If that one doesn't have the gap, it's because whatever weight she had before is baked into the save you're using.

So is the Human vs Vampire the "weight option" in the FOMOD? I appreciate your help. I changed weight to 20, disable, enable and all is well. FYI - I had tried that before so decided to experiment and found the true culprit was a strip mod (Follow Me for Sex) . By simply removing her armor from inventory via the console, she was good. Again, thank you.
oldrayzor Posted November 17, 2017 Author Posted November 17, 2017 I shouldn't say "culprit". It was in fact doing its job, but I hadn't saved the change to file so it read the old body I suspect. Maybe. What I know.
bandygirl1 Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 NP hun. Always glad to help, and I'm really glad you got sorted :) . The community here ( and on Nexus if I'm being honest lol ) has always been very helpful to me, so I'm glad to pay it forward.
