DAZ studios render with skyrim tag the armor is also a DAZ studios armor though you can find it in different areas not sure the name but I do know that there are skyrim versions of it as well as oblivion versions. Here is one version for oblivion. You could port those armor parts in it to skyrim using this tutorial. If you reverse search that photo you'll see that it's all over the place on the internet someone just took it and photo shopped skyrim into it.

Even closer though it has upper arm ones instead of wrists ones and they used underwear instead of the metal piece but they used the leg ones instead.

Interesting, indeed! Sadly I've been playing on a 100+ hours save, and very stable. Adding a new mod into it is too risky.

Btw, I'm using monokini mod which is built for UNP, converting it to CBBE is quite bothersome and unsatisfying. However, if I change the att from armor to clothe by tes5 then it fits and bounces just fine!? How come?

Adding armour poses little to no risk unless it has a script attached.

If you're paranoid, you could always copy-paste your current saves into a backup file and clean them if things go tits up
