howzitaloha
It's not even necessarily the mods, per se, because generally they break the game so they're fairly easy to root out. But I've got a handful of custom content that just doesn't work. Hair CC that just puts black question marks all over the body, shoes that make their feet disappear, clothes that make their torso disappear, etc. It's not so big a deal for my own sims, but it's super annoying having half of the town walk around with question marks on their heads because the game generated a non-working hairstyle for them. And a lot of it isn't titled in game, so I have no idea wear to even start looking through my thousands of CC packages to get rid of them. Is there a manager system or anything that sorts that out for you? Crap, thought I posted this in the general discussion thread. Can someone move it for me? Link to comment

EsperMagicite
Best method I know so far, ^ this is the method I use. You can also use the Sims 4 Studio to open packages and look at things and even change where things attach, if randoms can spawn with them and whatever. 1 Link to comment
violeteyes
I have a lot of animations for Wicked Whims but I keep getting lastexemption alerts most likely due to busted animations. Can this same method be used for finding broken animations? Link to comment
wubby901
Try this worked ok for me http://modthesims.info/d/561550 Link to comment
weredeer
Sims4Studio allowed me to go through all my cc, easily identify it and kill it where necessary. Gameplay mods should be looked up one at a time to see if they have been updated or still work. Never used the conflict detector but I have heard it can be inaccurate. 1 Link to comment

It's actually very simple, as simple as identifying which one is download section and which one is general discussion section. How old are you btw? Underage? Link to comment
Buddy16
I use S4 Tray Importer to identify broken stuff http://luniversims.com/files/file/73-sims-4-tray-importer/ just use all broken stuff on a sims that save that sim and open the tray importer and it'll show all CC you used 3 Link to comment

I agree with Buddy16 that this is a very easy method and faster than the conflict detector. Only thing you need to do is go in CAS and put your broken CC on a sim and then remember that sim or family when you open the tray importer. Link to comment
