can't make "pole struggle" or "pole impale" to work no mater what i tried

it doesn't work as it is, also tried - renaming thing to a default "stand pole" as used for a pole, creating "animation" entry out of this file, replacing default pole animation with this whole thing and so on...

pillory on the other hand work perfectly, love it, only edited it a bit to make another variant of a cage instead of voluntary bed

You are correct, but keep in mind that 99% of porn animations in games are also just two characters doing their own thing in the same space.  That's why it's almost impossible to find a game that has realistic looking penis/vagina penetration.  Instead you always get a dick clipping through a female vulva and maybe the animator thinks to open the vagina up, assuming that they even bother to model it in the first place.  The real reason why female nudes are easier to find than male nudes is that female nudes can be done with nothing but texture changes while male nudes always require a new skeleton to handle the penis.  In other words, most vaginas in 3D characters are faked.  The model underneath is still a Barbie doll.  And even if they do model an actual vaginal opening then it's state is always just a call function for the sex scene applied only on the one model. 

 

And this is also why so many sex mods here have "position adjusters" built into them because as we've all seen bugs and terrain can easily shift models out of alignment and then the fact that you're really just looking at two characters clipping into each other becomes far too obvious.  The idea of the mesh from one model realistically pushing/moving the mesh of another model is complicated to a level far beyond what most animators can do.  So instead they just do the "two models, one location" thing and hope that the clipping isn't too noticeable.

 

Anyway, glad to see that sex animations have finally started to arrive.  Downloading now.  :D

Great job as always! One issue however, is that it seems the new position was not added to the tech. There is no way to get it in game. I was also unable to find the pole, but I may be blind. (The Spider is differently not part of the research, I added it myself to use it in game.) Again, great work!

Not too happy with stripper pole animation. I might try and work on it a bit. No male animation for this.

Is it possible to make a sex bed that both heals and trains endurance/dexterity? I am asking for SCIENCE!!!

That's easily possible with the mod tools provided by the developers, up to rushded if he wants to make them do that though; if not I can make a separate version with his approval

 

Edit: problem noticed with this, I didn't know you could only add one functionality to an item before now and unsure if changing the functionality from bed to training would break it

I need to take a closer look at the mod tools, not so much for this, but to add the modded races to the animations. Right now only vanilla races seem to work, Jrpg race, cleo race, and juggernauts don't. I don't feel it's right to ask the mod author to add random race patches in, like with the various combat animation and skill mods, because there are over 500 now on the steam workshop alone....

The problem isn't the mod being incompatible with the races, its the races not having the "sexbed" animations assigned to them in the mod tools; every race needs a patch to work with the mod, ill get to work making some patches I guess not much else for me to do today

Can somebody test if this made the Juggernaut race compatible? it should have but I don't have a graphics card to test for myself; its also the full files for the juggernaut race minus whatever requirements they asked for going to delete it once I confirmed it worked and work on something you can throw into the mod instead of just install as the mod

 

I'm currently not sure where it stores the actual race file inside the mod file but after looking at it its inside the .mod isn't it

Yep, works. I just unzipped it and put it in the mods folder, and right now Hamut who is modded into a juggernaut via the juggernaught invasion mod is fucking miu, so it works with all known instances of juggernauts.

Alright ill get to work on actual patches then, no more posting whole mods as that's rude to the developer. if anybody has requests I can fix up mods really quick to work with it

 

Edit: Going with my guess of the race being in the .mod file based on what I can see in the .mod with notepad++ I've made a way to patch without just uploading a version of the mod here

 

Jrpg race added though on the steam page there were some comments saying the most recent kenshi update broke the neck/chin or something wish I had a graphics card to see the results jrpg_race.7z

Download to \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\233860\1605171674 and overwrite the jrpg_race.mod

 

I'm also assuming that every time steam tries to update the mod it will break the patch so you can just move the file "1605171674" into your mods file and rename it jrpg_race and it will work like a regular mod instead of a workshop mod assuming overwriting the .mod overwrite even actually patches the mod and the race files aren't stored in some other file that I didn't see

Would it be possible to add whatever custom race 2B comes as in this new'ish mod that was added to Steam Workshop?

All files in mod folder, like any orther mod, build a Research Bench and look for the "sexy time" or "Carnal Contraptions" tech, dont remmember if this tech needed any books, if it needs them, just steal them from any trader or buy them if you are playing a good guy, place the beds, normal sleeping bags should do it, and start going at it

well as it is right now I cant actually test anything I post but if I were to guess the mod developer made 2b male based on what I'm seeing ill see what I can do

 

Edit: after looking at the mod yes, all members of 2B's race are male and without testing it would be very hard to actually fix it considering the amount of changes I need to make and the possibility of it breaking everything

 

Add me on discord and I can send you attempts to fix it before I eventually give up Joyride#2909 also if anybody wants to ask me on discord to do a race I don't mind I have nothing better to do with my time as I am right now

I was fiddling around with it myself and I got 2B to spawn as a female and accept all the female positions.  However the animations are a bit weird.  Her right arm is always shooting off at a weird angle.  I ran around with her for a bit and tested her out doing various actions: mining, combat, sleeping.  Everything else seems to be working normally.  Is this a mesh issue or some kind of setting in the FCS that I may have overlooked that dictates that arm?

 

I also tested out the modded animations on normal female races, and that is still working as normal as well.

2b is a weird one, even by skeleton(robot) standards. She can remove her head. So i am not surprised that there are issues with her. I suspect it is how she is made. Is she following the skeleton template, or the hive queen one? I have not seen her eat. 

Now from a porn modding standard, we can add sexy heads to her if we want....
