Dinosaurus Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Looks like it could have been interesting, altho i disagree with the video title. i don't think it would have been a Skyrim rival. To me, besides them both being in a "fantasy setting", they seem to have very little in common. i mean, i guess it could have also been another popular game of that time period, but, then it'd be a rival with all popular games at the time rather than specifically Skyrim. Like, for me, the multiplayer (seemingly PVP) aspects of Project Offset are a *total* turnoff to me. i hate PVP even in a "beautiful" game. i like Co-Op play (like in Saints Row 3/4), and have often wished Skyrim had some sort of system like that. But... PVP, yuck. So, that's an example of what i mean about it not being a direct rival of Skyrim. i think Project Offset would have attracted a different crowd/fan-base. Maybe there would be some overlap, sure, but i don't think it would have been the same core audience.
winny257 Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 most sections of this video I have already seen 2009 or 10, they were released by Bethesda itself. So nothing from Intel. Unfortunately, I have not found the original video, for the sake of a proof.
