I don't think is a translation problem but a coding problem Is a missing translation issue, it may be that in the original mod that part was also missing thus you didn't knew to translate it, for that you would need to manually write that part, in English then make another loc2 with that change

You can create a named character with the desired ailments and traits at the beginning of the game. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1444048473 I checked the code of the event, and is spot on, I'll work on custom events for some of my favorites classes, yet I have to ask, the recruits are high resolve besides the quirks? because I didn't see anything about resolve levels, which is not to say that they cant appear as high resolve levels, if they indeed do it could just be handled somewhere else, like when the game gives you extra recruits in the stage coach when you have little to no heroes left after a wipe out, need to test this.
