Coolie_ Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 I was trying to download this mod and I put it into my mod file for Sims. I opened Sims 4 and I looked if the mod was there, and it wasn't. Maybe I have the wrong version or something. But I did try every version... I'm not very good with computer stuff but um, like, it looks different (like the icon thing for the file was the internet explorer icon. I really want to use this mod please tell me how to fix it.

The mod no longer works, The creator stopped replying at page 4 and moved on. Other members have tried to fix it since but ultimately it's broken, I've read that Nisa K's mod the preferred option and it's still being worked on by its original owner too

People here find it easier to complain rather than look for solutions to their problems (in this case, a working version is on the previous page) It'll be better once Turbo adds in an integrated version of this career so that inexperienced people stop getting overwhelmed and abandoning their creations. 4

If it's the case, You should start a new thread and take ownership, If you've repaired this mod and happy to share it with the public, more will find it this way! The owner didn't get overwhelmed, just found something else they prefer so I don't think they will get upset about it and if they do, shouldn't be a problem given the recent trend in mods and cc being included with premade Sims 3

wade2000 Posted June 9, 2018 Posted June 9, 2018 I've had problems with both files. The 'last exception' message pops up every time my sims is due to go to work. When reviewing the text from the LE, it states that this career mod is the issue.

Since this is a mod that will probably never be updated by the original creator, the updated version is over there.

But the other branch is glitching and causing file-corrupting errors once I reach level 8. I get an error an hour before work, can't go to work when it's time, and trying to load the save file after this happens doesn't work.
