Skyrim Not Launching

My game was working fine not too long ago, but now no matter what I do i can't get it to launch, I've sorted through loot, looked at my load order with wyrebash, tried tes5edit, but nothing works. Skyrim starts to launch but never goes any further than my steam icon turning green, I can see it in the task manager, but it never goes above 25% before disappearing.

 

My load order is below, but I don't think it is mod related as when i disable all my mods the game does the same thing, hopefully someone knows how to fix this, I've tried everything except for nuking my install. even verifying it through steam

Are you using Windows 10? My SKSE stopped working yesterday after the new Fall Creators Update for Win 10. Had to remove the "Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7" from the SKSE shortcut.

Another thing that may work is to have Steam verify the integrity of you files

Exit Steam & relaunch it.

I get the most bizarre windows 10 issues in the preview fast ring.  One day Skyrim runs like a champ with ~230 mods, no issues whatsoever.  I change nothing, and the next day Skyrim crashes constantly...  Generally a restart of Steam, MO, etc. works - or a reboot.

Found the culprit, oddly enough not even related to skyrim, Overwolf, a 3rd party program for League of Legends made it not start.
