hello everyone every time when u go to inn cross skyirm u find just 2 to 4 people in it i was hope there is mod make it crowded with alot of men and alot of sounds

Lively Inns and Taverns, however as you posted this in the adult section i assume you want them having sex, use random sex for that.

I presume random sex will generate random sex everywhere in the game and not just in the inn. I mean, it's possible to just stick to a specific place ( like the inn )?

Technically you can do that with the Scent of Sex mod, but it takes some effort to build a rule to do what you want.  There are options to trigger scenes only in specific places or with NPCs wearing specific clothing.  Random Sex is as the name says, it basically just triggers random Sexlab scenes on a timer if enough NPCs are around.
