vampire turning mod

adding the ability to turn anyone you use vampire seduction on and then feed on into a vampire and let em go to town in skyrim or have them as a thrall for your mod homes. my favorite would be the annoying dawnguard scouts hanging out in tower to castle. i find it odd vamp's live on an island witha watch tower yet have 2 scouts watching them all the time attacking you when you arrive and no guards in tower watching for them. to keep them at bay once you kill harkon

Vingalmo (or whoever you get the mission from. i normally get it from Vingalmo, though) tells you the reason why the people you turn need to stay in their respective cities. they are the castles "eyes and ears". anyway, the scouts never respawned for me. after i completed the "destroy the dawnguard" quest, i have yet to see a member of the dawnguard who isn't the spy from the radiant mission.

i never recieved a destroy the dawnguard quest i dont do vingalmo's missions because he's bugged keeps trying to have me convert the same 2 women in the game and obviously you cant because there already converted id still like to have the option to turn my followers into vamps for my vampire toon tho

so i can turn whole cities and they will stop attacking me on entering them then?

 

side note about wiping out dawnguard i think its broken for me because im already new vampire lord and i was told to talk to vengalmo only nothing is coming up just the why he doesnt trust the other guy message anyone know the set quest stage code to get it started for me to continue it?

Some people are exempt from being turned into a vampire like children and not sure if it works on essential ones like jarls and quest givers. Might be a mod conflict I know better vampires does not work well with custom races.
