Can you import creation club's arcane arrows into Old Skyrim?

I already know that there are other mods that do the same things but I like the arrows meshes

 

So I got the arcane arrows pack of the creation club but I dont really like Skyrim Special edition that much, I prefer Oldrim because there are more mods for it for the time beign. Sooo I wanted to use this arrows in Old Skyrim but I tried to addem with the creation kit, it didn't work. I gueass special edition uses a diferent version of nif archives or something.

 

So I wanted to ask, Is it posible to import this arrows into Oldrim? because I know that people import stuff into skyrim from others games, so this must be easier rigth? and if it is possible how do I do it? I have really small knowledge about modding tools so I will apreciate any help

You need to ask the modder from where you trying to import first. Dont know who owns the mod or who have made them. But you need to do that.
If you plan to make one mod and post it.

 

To export them should not be that hard.

I don't plan to post it all the stuff that I do is for my personal use, nobody would download the mods that I make anyways XD, I dont know who the modders is either.

 

but how do I do that, is there a guide to change nif files into nif files for old skyrim, or something like that? I am not even sure what to search in order to learn how to do it

The thing is that I dont care about the enchantment of the arrows, what I want is the shape, what I like about the mod were the arrows themselves not the elemental damage. I have know about elemtal arrows, the arrows in the witchunter spells, Diamond Weapon Smithing: Archery, Spellshots and even archery gamaplay overhaul made elemtal magic rings for your arrows.

 

So what I want is import the meshes and the script of the magical aura that the arrows have, not the capacity of using arrows with magical damage. The reason why I bought the mod to beign with was to try import it to old skyrim.

i'm sure that's just a animated texture/mesh they added on top of the arrow mesh and it has nothing to do with scripts.

note: i don't know if that's what they actually have done.
