a follower can command other npcs mod??

let me explain i am searching a mod something line chain command , iam the general so i order to my follower make some action like atack and this follower same time order to a group doit the same without my intervention.

I do not know of any offhand that do what you are asking for

 

the closest that does something similar would be either the

 

Build a Guild (be a guildmaster) mod I ran into a while back (you will have to google to find the proper name for it - I searched be a guildmaster in skyrim)

 

or

 

Become High King of Skyrim

FollowerLivePackage [https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33002/?] has a Squadsystem. I haven't tried it myself. I never used that functionality. But it looks like you can assign your followers as squad leaders. This leaders in turn will recruit other npcs. If i remember correctly. Give it a try and see if it comes close to what you're looking for.

There is also Mixed Unit Tactics mod. But honestly i am not sure does it works or not, because i have not tried it myself.
