gatorrated Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 So uh, I'm kinda new to papyrus logging with Skyrim because I've been lucky enough to not run into too many CDTs to warrant it, however now I'm experiencing CDTs every time I try to enter High Hrothgar. I've tried removing mods, looked into various fixes, and with the little experience I have, it's making it tedious and difficult (I've been trying for almost 7 hours straight) I have absolutely no clue what is causing this, any help would be very much appreciated I use LOOT, I have cleaned my files with TES5edit, even verified game cash with steam to see if that would do anything, and have even tried SaveTool. If it means anything, I'm trying to get further into the main storyline, and this is the first time entering this building, in which it crashes at the loading screen. I've tried NUMEROUS new save files, have tried coc highhrothgar with the exact same CTD results, and I'm at a loss I apologize if it's a simple fix, I just don't quite know how to read these log files. A load order on the other hand is almost always needed for people to know what you have installed into your game as none of us are mind readers and most will not try to guess. A few things that can cause a CTD when entering a place or cell is someone is using a outfit that doesn't have a compatible skeleton for it to work someone is using a body that is missing the required skeleton for it to work correctly something has overwritten your compatible skeleton with a different skeleton or something is conflicting with it.

gatorrated Posted October 9, 2017 Author Posted October 9, 2017 Okay so I figured it out, extremely rookie mistake, I'd forgotten to reinstall XP32 MS with the Schlongs ofr Skyrim patch. I guess this is what I get for trying to add dicks to my game Anyways thank you so much for the help, if you'd not mentioned the skeleton being overwritten, I wouldn't have narrowed it down to this.

When entering a cell and getting a CTD that usually points towards a skeleton issue somewhere and after looking at your load order I was just going to post that you should try reinstalling SOS and then XPMSE and letting it overwrite the SOS skeleton.
