how do i install ENB (noob)

i have no idea how to do this and every time i see a how to its very unclear

 

so where do i extract the enb files to, please be detailed

 

ex.

C:/user/etc

not that "install to skyrim main folder" when theres like 5 different skyrim folders :T

Most of the new enb requires dll from orginal creator of all enb series.

Then simply extract the content of the enb package to your skyrim folder (NOT DATA )

Sometimes you will need to edit Skyrim.ini in "My games " folder but when this is required it's pointed out in read me.
