yeah photoshop if you dont want to bother with that then get a seam hider collar/necklace or other accessory. those are about your only real options

That specific armor is called Black Lotus and is part of a larger mod named HH2Hai. Thorazaine has created a DMRA version of that armor, which can be found here: http://www.mediafire.com/?osds2s21og7orwc

Only thing I could find was that he uses XEO but that's about it. What I'd like to know is;

 

1. what race/face mod

2. what body mod

3. outfits that his females are wearing

and most importantly,

4. any NPC was created from his models

His characters look this because of the lighting settings he is using in game. you can adjust those with obge and if you use enb with obge you will get even better graphics, you can also adjust the level of brightness in areas through the construction set as well though you will need to read up on how to set up lighting for 3d renders

arumirel, open the MBP esm file and take a look at the races. It will tell you exactly what textures are used for each and every body part.

Lop-Ear Elf II is using Imperial body textures like many other races. Applying tattoos to those would make all races using this skin tattooed... For tattoos unique to L-EE II a set of individual skin texture copies would have to be assigned to the race by editing MBP itself.

 

Edit: I forgot it's Lop-Ear Elf II with its own esp. So you will need to assign the textures to the race in this esp instead of messing with MBP.

If you looked at the screen shots for the Barrelshop mod you can plainly see that it is included.
