That is a mashup of Lewd Goddess (from the Cursed Armor mod) and the Aion armor called Tegrak. Shoulder armor?? Looks very similar in style to the stuff from that Aion MMORPG. I'd try searching the Jap/Korean forums/boards for it.

I would assume they made their own Wanted Poster texture using an image of their character. There'd be no way to do it dynamically or anything.

A second request, if I may: Is anyone aware of a conversion (new manga would be best, otherwise DM?) of the Sexy Rogue Armor (as opposed to Coldblood's original rogue armor)?
