I am afraid that mktsang wouldn't like his work to be uploaded elsewhere since he didn't release this armor on a non chinese site. That being said, it seems that there is only the pregnant futa version included, at least in the archive found on u115. Dunno if the other archive has a different armor included but I kinda doubt it since they are exactly the same size.

Yes, the dress from the first picture is a re-texture of Krista's "Lady Elegance" outfit. The original can still be found on Anvil Bay.

For the race, I'm not 100% sure, but it sure looks like hell the Diablo Elves race. I'm using this race, but I don't recognize the tattoos, probably some new custom textures.

The file is on the Moderteam website, but the file is locked. I even registered and put in the 40 hrs to upgrade my user status but all the damn files are still locked! The site is in Chinese (i believe) so therefore hard to navigate. Does anyone know how to get the files to unlock or where else to find this outfit? Someone with more wisdom than me please help! The race in question is Xeo's Ice Elf with Tattoos which can be found on XeoSP/XeoSP++. Body I have no idea and the clothing has been answered (which is the retextured Lady Elegance outfit).
