Changing NPC weight?

So how do you correctly change NPC weight?  I use the Bijin mods (Warmaidens, NPCs, Wives).  I wanted to, for example, change the default weight this mod uses to increase the NPCs such as Ugor from 0 to say 40.  I wanted to take Aela and change hers from 20 up to 70.

I changed their weight inside of TES5Edit by editing the Warmaidens ESP.  I went into both an existing game and a new game and after stripping her via Sexlab Defeat, she looks the same size as she did prior to my TES5Editing.

So I saw that you can also change their weight in Creation Kit, but when I checked it there, the weight was what I had changed it to in TES5Edit, 40 for Ugor and 70 for Aela.

However, when I go into both an existing game and another new game and strip either one via SL Defeat, they are still the same size.  I know that the weight is incorrect because if I use the setnpcweight command, it changes the NPC's weight to what it's supposed to be set at from my TES5Edit work.

Any help is appreciated.

Is another mod overwriting their weight? Something like Everybody's Different which patches after all your mods. Also you can just use "unequipall" in the console with the npc selected, way faster than using Defeat if you're just testing.

Excuse me, what exactly can NPC Body Scale Randomizer do?  I've read the description 3 times now and the English is so poor it just got more confusing.

For instance, like the OP asked, I just want to change the weight of an NPC or two or three, so can this mod NOT randomize everyone so that I can just change one or two NPCs?

Or does the mod forcefully randomize everyone and now you have to run around changing everyone's weight back to their default value?

not really...

Change in weight will be displayed neck seams after the functions are deactivated. And it is very heavy. Added because there was a demand, but it is highly recommended that it be disabled. Change the data of esp / esm If you want to change the only few NPCs.

- go to npc xxyyyyyy, weight is 50, you want to give weight 70

- showracemenu

- select weight 50

- import head xxyyyyyy

- select weight 70

- export head xxyyyyyy

- put weight 70 in the esp (or setnpcweight 70 disable enable)

I'm pretty sure "import head (npc ref id)" and "export head (npc ref id) are not console commands.... Are you talking about Racemenu?  Okay, I'm going to stop reading this because I'm going to get more confused.
