HDT boots and posing problems

I have a two problems.

 

First one is: I have Gwelda's red dress and outfit. When having sex with my follower I like her wearing the boots. Sometimes (most of the time) the game crush after the animation. It doesn't happen if the follower doesn't wear boots. I know someone might say to remove the boots before having sex, but I like to see my follower wearing the boots during the sex. HDT option in SexLAB is set as default. (I have all necessary mods that support HDT)

 

Second one is: After using posing mod, the game is flickering and everything is slowed. I have to avoid moving cursor fast in any direction because it crushes.

 

Advice and help is very appreciated.

I would use NIO for high heels, it works perfectly with Sexlab and is less resources heavy than HDT Higheels.

Another advantage is it is already included in RaceMenu - so you might need a mod less.

I agree with the suggestion to replace HDT HH with NIO. It also allows you to enchant boots.

 

With NIOHH boots I am able to keep followers dressed during animations. Can't help with the second as I'm not using posing mods, but I wouldn't be surprised if a bad mesh was causing the issue.
