I'm new to the site and to using WW in my game Sims 4

I have some gay couple and I was wondering if f/f or m/m can get pregnant using WW or only f/m? Or can gay couples only get pregnant through 'trying for a baby' with MC Command

I've looked all over the site and I still can't figure out the answer.

If you change Sims to be able to impregnate and get pregnant in CAS Gender Settings then yes.
