using characters with different body types ??

Right now i trimming through my load order but i seem to have been charing away with too many different companions all with there own body types but the problem happens when i use CBBE for basic once and all other characters using diffent one like UUNP and UNP the preoblem starts with incompatible textrues.

 

Is there a mod currently or a fix that combine all of those in single file ??? I think the old oblivion was more easy since they use the same texture just different meshes for all the body shapes.

Short answer: No.

 

The UV maps for UNP- and CBBE-based textures are totally different from each other and have some funky results when swapped. The only way to achieve a mix is to separate armors for CBBE and UNP, and choose to give followers (for example) armor pieces or outfits of standalone armors, with the rest of Skyrim using vanilla or UNP/UUNP shapes. Or, if you prefer, the other way around.

 

Obviously you have to build matching bodies for your followers to match the armor you will give them.

don't use the same texture as that one

and there's no problem

 

that npc use dizona texture, not the same uv map as vanilla male body, that were deleted, so it's purple in that armor (it's a way to find those armors in game)

 

there's no m6 textures for argonian or khajiits with dizona (if someone want to bake some)

you can't load dizona nifs on them, not the same uv map

- you delete the armors ironarmorbak, leatherarmorbak (no need for that stuff)

- you give ironarmorbak armor addon to ironarmor armor (it's better that way)

- you give priority 50 to ironarmorbak (or you delete argonian and khajit from vanilla ironarmor armor addon)

that's all, you give an iron armor to an argonian, he wear ironarmorbak armor addon

you give iron armor to a nod, he wear ironarmor armor addon

 

same can be done for unp and cbbe

no idea why someone would do that (some npc have cbbe? give them unp and problem solved)
