Welp, so much for playing and modding the crap out of Skyrim.

My older laptop can't really run it on higher graphics settings without lagging / lots of framedrops.

So it was either deal with bad framerate, or look at ugly pixelated Low graphics settings.

Daggerfall Unity looks it might be a proper thing in the near future, (and that's almost a proper RPG).

 

(Mind it doesn't fall into the category of looking pretty. Real life is quite pretty sometimes if you don't concentrate on the pixels).

hell, if they made a way to play daggerfall without having to manually do all the MSDOS shiz, id be happy.

DaggerfallSetup.exe does it all for you plus a lot of patches and mods.
