I don't know if this is an artifact of some local internet problem, nor do I really know how long it has been this way. But I don't know how skyrim modding can work if those docs are not available. Anything that deals with quests, spells or anything not handled by a pre-built tool needs that kind of information. And, ok, losing the site would not be the end of the world - there's plenty of other games to play. But it seems like many of the existing mods could do with people spending more time on that site, not less. (Or, ok, not playing skyrim. I suppose there's something to be said for that?)
