I keep getting this

I've installed LAPF to the letter installing all the required and optional mods in order, then i used OBMM on the WHOLE Archive, i don't know if this isn't allowed, if it isnt someone please tell me what has to go in and what can't but i keep getting a 1.4 message and the version it says in both loot and Nexus (i use nexus to enable and disable, i installed through OBMM) says 1.4.1. Is that correct or is it supposed to be higher?

Don't install Lovers Mods with NexusMoadManager, it will not work.

Don't sort your Mods with LOOT , it's ok for Skyrim but not Oblivion. Use BOSS.

No!  You did not install the LAPF to the letter.  You ignored the read me file that clearly states how to install the LAPF.

Using NMM is clearly not on the list......BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK!
