im confused on what pregnancy plugins to get, as it seems like there is many different choices compared to Oblivion which only really had one.

What's the most often used / downloaded one, beeing?

I think Beeing female is the #1 downloaded pregnancy mod also the most in depth, however that comes at a large script load so its a pretty heavy mod. the other one I'd recommend is SGO3 or Soul Gem Oven 3 by @darkconsole Link: http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/1247-soulgem-oven-iii/ its alot lighter on script load so if ur game is getting slow or crashing often I'd use this. I used SGO 3 for a long time but then figured i wanted a change and started to use Beeing female.
