-Skyrim Stuttering 64hz Bug Fix - Skyrim Stutter Fix

-Bethesda Performance Textures - Animals and Creatures - BPT_AC_SKYRIM_1_2

-Skyrim Performance PLUS - Pine Needles FX

-Interior and Dungeon Fog Remover - Fog Mesh Remover

-Remove Underwater Grass - A Performance Mod

SSME is basically the SKSE memory patch in a different form, and Crash Fixes with its own memory allocator (UseOSAllocators=1) has replaced the SKSE memory patch, so you should only use Crash Fixes for memory allocation.  There is no need to use SSME/SKSE memory patch these days.

Your save is fine as long as you don't remove/disable any esp/esm mods mid playthrough.  Textures/Meshes/Sounds can be replaced any time, as long as you follow the mods instructions.
