Guest Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 how come sometimes I cant open Console Command?
KoolHndLuke Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Like what times? "That is very odd! Is there anything else you can tell me?"- Tolfdir asks.
dizzy666 Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 the only time I can think of is during load screens. I'm pretty sure it's disabled then but there may be a way to tweak the skyrim .ini files to enable/disable console functionality

I dont think its the game's fault entirely because I figured out that if I close it and launch it again it will sometimes let me access the console but if it doesnt after a few tries of just launching it again then I close steam, double click SKSE, launch in offline mode, start game in the Skyrim Launch Menu, and the game will be running then i'll hit the "~" and the console will pop up im just curious why its doing it so I can prevent the setback
KoolHndLuke Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 I don't run steam while I play. Always keep it in offline mode. I'm not saying Steam is responsible, but that does sound fishy to me. Maybe one of your mods interfering. Do you notice any "hicups" or anything else when you try?
