Guest Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 this is a clean install. it is also legal. i had to delete the interface folder and somehow everything started working

For some that upgraded from 1.94 to 1.10.20 (Creation club) this happens if your fallout4.ini has settings from mods that don't agree with the creation club version.
