[Morrowind] Which Noble House Did You Join and Why?

I've you've ever played Morrowind, you probably would've had the choice of joining one of the great houses: Hlaalu, Redoran, and Telvanni. Which one did you join first and why?

Hlaalu. Why be a dirty peasant when you could be Hlaalu?

Telvanni, Why be a mere mortal when you can bend reality to your will? Also I played as a vampire and if my blood-mask fell it was nice not to get gang-raped by guards.

If I did join one I certainly can't remember which...just too damn long ago.

Last time I played it was a loooooong time ago.

 

Think I went with house Hlaalu, simply because I thought the Hlaalu guards looked badass - (Yeah, I think I was probably 13 years old at the time).

 

Been planning on having a replay of the game(for the past 4 years now, it just hasn't happened), and planning on joining house Telvanni if I do indeed get around to do it. They just seem like a house completely compiled with people that has the same mentality as Edwin from Baldur's gate. "Me liek", as a wise man once said.

I think because you are warned it's the most xenophobic house, near impossible for a non-native dunmer. I wanted a challenge and wizards are cool.

Telvanni, since my male (and main) characters are almost always some variety of wizards, Redoran with my one female warrior though.
