[Help] Conversion

I'm not sure if is this right place but I don't find anything better. 

So here is my problem. 

 

I want to use meshes and textures of this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14527/? mod and use them for this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8533/? like "skin". But the problem is I absolutly don't know how to convert that meshes from Fallout 4 to Skyrim.

By the time you go through all that aggravation, you might as well just make new mesh & textures..........
