Strange Invisible NPCs - HDT not to blame?

With the main 1 in hdt physics mod there were I believe 6 instance you have to change.

So I just have to fix the main one, or all of them?

 I'm pretty sure any mod that is hdt and has bbp.xml file.

 

I was lucky I guess cause I only had the 1 mod,hdt physics to do.

Not sure what else is out there. Definitely  hdt hair, and cloaks. Back up files you got then it's a breeze, you got this

I also have this exact same situation.. however some of my invisible NPCs dont wear capes nor hdt hair (Agnis for example). 

Anyone found a fix for this?
