If you meant standalone porn game not mainstream game with mods, that game doesn't exist yet. Most adult games are made by teams of one

sex emulator? I think 3DCUSTOMGIRL is ok, but there's no threesome and not enough custom animations and it crashes a lot if you have a lot of mods.

In my opition... If you look for singleplayer action like I do: The Klub 17. (It's some kind of heavily modded 3d Sexvilla 2)

 

If you don't mind multiplayer and monthly payment 3dx Chat might be something for you. The graphics look INCREDIBLE.

But what keeps me from getting it is:

1. Multiplayer only. Sucks for me... I've got bad experiences in Multiplayer orientated sex games

2. Monthly payment. I'm ready to pay for good stuff but every month? No...

3. No free trial. I mean come on... If I'm supposed to throw so much money at it, why can't I at least test it before having to pay?

Honey select is a very standard approach to a sex sim. In Skyrim, almost anything is possible. Bethesda unknowingly created the greatest fantasy sex simulator of all times. But it takes a lot of time to learn how to set up all mods you want correctly. And many mods you can't have together at once. Partly due to the FNIS limitations on the amount of animations you can load.

I would say The Rack but that only holds true if one if fine with all of the non-human sapients who are the main focus of the sex acts. It is possible to create a human character (more or less. It is ultimately still a work in progress) but there is no means of replacing every character in game with humans just yet. The option might exist in a future build, however.

The sex is mouse and button press based rather than menu based, allowing for a more hands-on approach than most that I've seen.
