Mod that restricts weapon types?

Im looking for a mod that puts restrictions on what type of weapon I can use. For example if my character is not strong enough they simply cant use a 2-handed hammer because it is to heavy for them.

 

Ive found level based restrictions, but those seem tied to a weapon quality, (Steel, Glass,etc) and not the actual type or weight of the weapon.
