Removing a topic from the my content section

There are several threads that I participated in that I no longer wish to be a part of but I cannot find a place to turn off whether they show in the "my content" section. Is this an option? Most likely is and I am just obtuse and missing it. Common problem with me. lol

Other then deleting all of your posts out of those threads there isn't any other way to remove them.
