A possible work around might be Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, there is a DLC that contains the skins of Kain and Raziel. If you can get ahold of it for free someplace Just out of curiosity, how does a texture look like, and what file format are they in? I found some LoK textures, the look like pictures to me, PNG files. Can be any format, but usually .dds, .tga or .png Textures look like 2D surface drawings. When you said that i could drop a static anywhere in the game, is that something you need the CK for, because if it is then i'm not to sure i could manage. Last i tried to used it I had to reinstall Skyrim because it wouldn't start.
