mod organizer is difficult - if you are no expert, it may be difficult to use mod organizer with FNIS together.

 

I would suggest to use the nexus mod manager instead

 

and if you want play with sexlab and other mods, you have to install some sorted mods, if one of them is missing, you can´t enter the game successfully
