Sanctuary Hills Workshop Renamed

[Varithina]

I recently go around to getting local leader 1, so that I could use some robots as supply lines, after building one of them and then going to assign them to a supply line to Sanctuary Hills I noticed that that location was not an option, it was not greyed out or anything it simply was not there.

 

Fast travelling back to Sanctuary everything seemed all right, but then I checked on my pipboy for the workshops and noticed that Sanctuary Hills had been renamed Commonwealth, and when you choose the option to show on the map it took me to the top left of the map.

 

I have since spent several hours trying to find out what happened but you can imagine the number of instances of the commonwealth and or sanctuary hills with a biggish load order.  Finally I gave up and decided to post here hoping somebody might have an idea as to which mod did the changes.

Edit to this looks like the save game itself is bugged, as for various reasons I just started a new game and Sanctuary is called sanctuary on the pipboy workshop tab, looks like when I have time I will need to go through all my saves and see where it bugged out on and then decide if I want to carry on with that character or simply restart.
