This isn't in the correct thread but i'm gonna answer anyways.
1- There are tons of house mods on the skyrim nexus... check the appropriate tags for them and pick whichever you see fit to your criteria. I'm sure you'll eventually find what you need, the thing is everyone's taste is different so chances are someone's gonna recommend a house mod that is probably not exactly what you're looking for.

2-  That'll require you to manually replace the follower's body  mesh (.nif) files with whichever nude mod you're using by copying and replacing the nude body from the desired nude mod (for example CBBE or UNP)  to your follower's meshes folder.. It's fairly simple, all you gotta do is go to your data folder and look for follower mod folder. It's all the same way but it varies depending on whether the follower is a male or a female so you might have to look for it and see for yourself.

3- If you mean collision then there are HDT vaginas out there that support it, otherwise.. you can just use sexlab's hotkeys to adjust the position and get it to look the way you want. You can find the hotkey list in the sexlab MCM menu, you can't miss it.

For big and well lit places, I usually think of the palaces by this guy. Very large though and somewhat taxing on my system so I don't usually use them.
