Sexlab Submit not being randomly assaulted while bound

For the most part SexLab Submit works fine for me. I surrender, I get some sexy fun times with one to two partners, and then am bound. But while bound, I'm not being assaulted no matter how long I wait nor if I try to escape with 100% chance of being seen. I get the dialogue that someone may have seen my attempt, and sometimes my captors will be literally just hanging out right in front of me saying pleasantries or worrying about me being chilly, but they don't seem interested in doing anything else.

 

I'm not using any other defeat rape mods or anything I think would conflict (maybe Lover's Victim doesn't play well?).

I have the the option "Multiple Assaults Active" on, but still not getting anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Chances for mutliple assaults are really low to zero. So you're not doing anything wrong, it's just as it is... submit isn't supported anymore either.
