Help with CTDs after loading save

Hi,

first i have no idea where to put this topic so forgive me please ^^

After playing some time some of my saves always crashs when I try to start them (contiune button in the skyrim menu). I have to load on new file where I just started a char first and then I can load the "corrupted" file and it is working. This happens with new saves (lvl 4) and with older vanilla saves too. I didn't change the mods so i have no idea what happens.

Any idea what could cause this strange problem?
