For me the eye bug was rather a simple fix. Go to ur eye texture folder and delete the texture file with vampire in the name. This is how I solved the problem, not guarantee to work for everyone

Seemed like the cause of the problem was actually extended slider colors. Killing that gave me the glowy eyes like Serana has. Something in the scripts folder was what removed the feed option after use of vampire seduction, but the game doesn't acknowledge it when using feed to advance quests still. The animation doesn't even play properly a lot of the time.

If you get the bug that you don't get recognized as a vampire, this has helped me solve the problem: Delete PlayerVampireQuestScript.pex from the Scripts folder.
