Can somebody make this mod into a race menu overlay please?

As you can tell by the title I would like this mod to be made into a racemenu overlay rather than a texture replacer, if someone could do this I would be forever greatful.

I'm not even sure what you do mean with "make this a race mod". It's a tatoo mod. I'm not really sure how, but I think you can apply those tatoos on every character just using Racemenu mod (the overlay function).

you think he bother reading that far?

 

on the right it's the head tatoos

tatoo color load on white, full white = 100% color, full black = 0% color

to make left texture the same as the ones on the right, you just apply black&white filter, then make everything else black

then you just download a random tatoo mod, look for tatoo x, copy paste it, replace the texture, and add that one to whatever add those tatoos in game
