Bodyslide questions

I seem to be really struggling with the basics of how to use body slide and have yet to find a decent tutorial that covers what I am trying to use it for.

I'm simply trying to generate the bodyslide files for the mods I am using.

However, in my outfits list I have a ton of CT77 outfits. I think these are from the aradia devices mod, which I have removed from Mod Organizer entirely, yet the outfits continue to show up in bodyslide. So, that is my first question: Why do these outfits still show up?

I do not want to generate bodyslide files for these outfits because they make up about 2/3 of my outfits and I have had issues with my bodyslide files causing CTDs immediately after getting in-game (even when just doing a "coc qasmoke" from the main menu).

Second, I do not seem to understand how to use the group/outfit filters. There seem to be some pre-generated groups based on my mods - and I select all but the CT77 groups and hit the refresh groups option afterwards. Yet, after I do this, the CT77 outfits still continue to show up in the outfits list. What am I doing wrong?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I think you got several things wrong.

1. Not sure if he made more, but in my game the CT77 outfits are the remodeled vanilla clothes. If it's a ton of it it's most likely that and has nothing to do with aradia.

2. It is quite unlikely bodyslide outfits would crash your game unless you do something really wrong or they have a major flaw, but i'd search at your side first. Most likely it doesn't have anything to do with outfits at all, more likely with your skeleton if it's related to the body.

3. Not entirely sure what you're doing there, but the groups will not change when you press a refresh button. You chose your outfits you want to build and the outfits contained will be on the left side.

Finally, this is for FO4 but since you already used bodyslide, the differences are small enough. Watch it nevertheless from the installing to the end, you'll might miss some references he makes later if you just go to the "use bodyslide" part if you didn't see what/how he's installing. It's incredibly well explained and there shouldn't be any questions left.

NOTE THIS IS COPYPASTA FROM A THREAD I ANSWERED 2 DAYS AGO:

I am going to tell you exactly what I would do, the things I am recommending are just that my recommendations not everything here

is %100 required steps you need to take:

1.) You need to download bodyslide with the UUNP Special preset (Working Vagina and Physics)

2.) Create a preset body under UUNP Special (You can get it to look like any body anyway)

3.) Make sure to make it how you want for both Weights.

4.) Once thats done you build it. (This will build both Weights of your preset BODY ONLY)

5.) Save the preset

BUILDING AN OUTFIT:

0.) Do it yourself manually (If you don't know how move on to step 1)

1.) Find a UUNP Bodyslide conversion.. here we go http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/85411/?

2.) Make sure your Preset is selected then left click on the Magnifying glass next to "Group Filter Bar" then select "Choose Group"

3.) Find the Group it should be named something like" UUNP VANILLA" select it

4.) Now click "Batch Build" Below and then click "Build"

It could be that those bodyslide files are from a seperate mod rather than being part of the armour mod, take a look through your currently installed mods and see if any of those cover the bodyslide file for the mods you removed.

It could also be worth while checking your overwrite folder as well to see if they are in there or if you have a mod for all the generated stuff they could be there.
