Why are dildos not showing up during sex?

So with animations that use dildos, or vibrators (double dildos mainly) they never show up. Is there a file that I'm missing?

Hi! The links to the accessories can be found on my download page

 

To use the dildo in my animations, it needs to be equipped in CAS to an outfit,

 

Then if you switch to this outfit before or during sex it will show in game,

It's found in rings and you will need the short curved one for the left hand

Can you make dildo?, It's buy on computer like condom and when they sex if It's have sim inventory to used it otherwise not work any dildo Animation.
