Oblivion - "Passing a gift"

I've been currently modding up my oblivion when i realized every NPC had this dialogue option "Passing a gift".

 

Im unsure what mod put this choice in and if I should have cause for concern for seeing it with every npc.

 

the choice allows me to open up a menu with the npc and give them stuff to hold or wear.

 

Its rather nice actually but im only concerned because I had a similar issue with mal's bb shop (every npc had the mal shop dialogie)

thank you, it does appear to be Human Touch as i disabled it and now the option no longer appears for every npc dialogue.

 

I really like that mod though, will having that extra dialogue option mess up game throughout its course in any way that you can think of?

As long as you ignore it, it should not do anything.
